Before launching his brokerage,  Gabriel Reategui spent more than a decade as a paralegal, assisting attorneys and clients through complex real estate transactions and litigation matters. This foundation offers a deeper understanding of contracts, leases, zoning, and development — adding a practical edge to how we support clients throughout the transaction process.

While we do not offer legal services, our experience allows us to help clients anticipate key steps and communicate more effectively with their legal counsel when needed.
